How does it achieve the light effect? The wheelbarrow tray and wheel hub are made of plastic rather than steel. The frame and legs are bent from a single steel tube, with structure simplified, so the overall weight is reduced.

Wondering if it’s built to last? Absolutely. Both the tray and wheels are injection-molded from high quality polymer. 

The frame is formed in a single bend using a pipe-bending machine, creating a one-piece frame and leg structure with no joints. Ensuring the wheelbarrow remains stable without side-to-side movement during use . s

In addition, the whole wheelbarrow provides a variety of support methods at different positions. There is the front support between the front of the wheelbarrow tray and the frame, the brace under the tray, the brace between the legs and the rear brace of the tray, and the rear support tube behind the tray. These different mechanical support methods improve the strength of the whole wheelbarrow and meet the heavy duty requirements.

Every part of the wheelbarrow is thoroughly tested. From high-impact drop tests on the tray, to wear-resistance testing of the tire under simulated rough road conditions, and salt spray corrosion testing of the frame.
